Return and Exchange Policy

We pride ourselves here at Aidadesignsus.com on offering our customers the highest quality merchandise and we are confident that upon receipt of your merchandise you will find that it will surpass your expectations. Your satisfaction is the top priority of our business. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may simply exchange or return the unused item in its original condition for a full refund within 60 days of purchase. All orders which do not follow the criteria "as shown" specified in the item detail page of an order will be considered custom orders.

Return Instructions:

  1. Login into your account, click on View Details next to your order and Add New RMA to obtain a "Return merchandise authorization (RMA)" or call us at 800-520-2961.
  2. Complete the return form provided and write the RMA number and the reason for your return.
  3. Pack your merchandise with the original packing materials, including return form, packing slip, and the product certificate if appropriate, in a cardboard shipping box.
  4. Send the package by registered mail. Insure the package for the full value of the invoice plus shipping charges using the courier of your choice. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items while shipping.

If the value of the item(s) you're returning is:

  • Less than $250: Ship via any courier. Ensure the item is fully insured and request a return receipt.
  • More than $250: Use US Postal Service. FedEx and UPS will not insure. Request a return receipt.

Returns are subject to the following conditions:
  • The item(s) must be returned within sixty (60) days from the order shipment date.
  • Packages without a valid RMA number cannot be accepted.
  • Items must be in original, unworn, undamaged condition. Damaged goods will not be accepted.
  • Custom work, special orders, or personalized items are non-refundable unless it's an error on our part.
  • Refunds will only be processed after inspection by our laboratory.
  • It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Diamond Returns:

All returns will be visually inspected by our experts. Items must be unblemished and in original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Defective Item Repair:

Aidadesignsus.com warrants its products to be free of manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. If a defect is found, we will repair or replace it.

You must notify us of a defect within 10 days of shipment. We will issue a return authorization number and cover return shipping if authorized.

This warranty excludes issues caused by misuse, alterations, improper cleaning, or exposure to harsh substances.

Mispriced Items Policy:

If a mispricing occurs, we will contact you before shipping. If the price is too high, we will refund the difference. If too low, we will offer a 20% discount on the corrected price.
